Some patience as I join the 21st century

I’ve never been a huge one for technology – I mean sure, I was born in the 80s and I can manage the average task required by today’s techno-obsessed world, but it really grates on me to fiddle around with so many meaningless (to me) details in an imaginary world of unruly 1s and 0s, so I shy away from it as much as possible. Sorry, was that slightly too luddite? Anyway, technology obviously has innumerable benefits for innumerable people and I am seeking to become one of those people with respect to this blog: I think having one will help me and I hope it will help others who can relate to what I write about. Therefore, if you do happen to stumble across this page while it’s still under my shoddy construction, please forgive the mess and mistakes for now while I sort them out! On a related note, it also seemed easier to manage the set-up of my blog once I actually have posts to manage so…. here it is. Looking forward to getting more up soon.
